Registration

Registration for our Summer Care Program and the 2012-2013 school year is open.

All Preschool classes meet from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and Extended Care meets from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

When you register you will need:  Completed Application.  Original Birth Certificate.  Immunization Records.  Registration Fee (check, cash or money order made out to Bethany ECEC).  Registration continues until all classes are full. Once a class is full, you can be placed on a waiting list. Once on the waiting list, as spots open, we will fill them on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is no cost to be place on a waiting list.

Birth Certificates and Medical Forms: Federal and State laws require that we view the original, state-issued birth certificate. We only need to do this once for each child. In addition, we are required to keep a copy of your child's immunization records on file.  Please obtain a signed copy from your child's physician. Forms are available from the director.

PLEASE NOTE: We must have a minimum of 8 students enrolled in order for a class to be offered. Should the minimum enrollment not be met by mid-August, we will notify you as quickly as possible for alternative placement. In addition, we hope that our full staff will return each year; however, we cannot guarantee teacher placement.
